I had bought some excellent telescopes and binoculars from this company. The staff are professional and knowledgeable, and they don't make you feel like an idiot when you ask a question. I highly recommend Telescope House as the place to go to first.
Went in today and was really impressed with the customer service and knowledge. Got exactly what I wanted and had an interesting chat with the guy that served me, unfortunately didn't get his name. Definitely will be using them again.Quite sure the person who gave a 1 star review can be ignored!
I visited the Telescope House with a damaged Newtonion telescope that I could not see anything out from. The friendly very knowledgeable staff not only repaired my telescope but gave me some great advice on imaging and general use. Fantastic customer service and I will be definitely going back for an upgrade soon.
