Turned up with a new pup and had was sat in a room to be upsold. Tried to sell me food a payment plan all sorts. The payment plan costs more than what you would pay to get de-flee and injections normally. A return visit to see the pup for a small issue from the week before cost another 30 after already paying 80. Up sale up sale up sale. No explaination is ever given off cost either before anything is undertaken - very dodgy. They even workOf sales literature from there suppliers when you first go. Even tried to sell us insurance even though we already had sorted. We will be going back to our old honest vet. I dont trust these people!

Very friendly practice - competent staff who are very accommodating (took injured hedgehog in and they really tried hard to do their best to save it and all without charge!)
