Booked on a Tuesday for a Friday return booking. Called on Friday and no knowledge of booking. Continually messed around when trying to resolve promptly and still expected full payment for 2 late collections. Terrible company, avoid at all costs. Edit - company responded saying we booked on an unrelated site, this is completely false. We booked this directly with them over the phone and when ringing to resolve on the morning of the lost booking, we came through to the same company.

If could leave no stars I would. Totally Unreliable. Left us completely stranded in the countryside. Booked a taxi early afternoon for 11pm to pick up from a wedding reception. Didn't turn up and then when I called back said that had no record of the booking and had no cars available. Avoid.
