We have stayed here twice now and service has been excellent. Staff are very friendly and nothing to much trouble. Food is great. We love the setting of the hotel, and our room was spacious and clean. We will be back once hever castle opens for the season.
Lovely location with friendly staff. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Room a little tired but spotlessly clean. Dinner was very good as was breakfast.

Lovely big family room (upgrade), very friendly staff, excellent food. Definately need a car. Very thin walls between rooms. Early morning noise from adjacent golf course car park (Sunday morning 6am)
Lovely hotel, staff very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was self service and lots of choice from continental to full English, all very fresh and good quality. Evening meal was ok but not anything spectacular. Bar prices a little high, but this is what you expect from a quality hotel. Very picturesque. Rooms spacious and clean.
