Vary good
Some issues with potential eczema and hayfever and the staff here don't seem interested in helping to resolve my issues. I was advised by a member of staff at the reception to visit a pharmacist and I politely reminded her that I thought I was visiting a medical practice. I could be wrong.
Excellent service by all staff at this practice. Highly recommend Edenbridge Medical Practice.
Terrible service at this practice. They never have any time for you, whether it's in the surgery or on the phone. All they want to do is put you on hold or get rid of you. I was trying to find out some important information regarding my health and transfer of files and was put on hold no less than five times in the process and had to repeat myself several times as well. In the end I was just referred elsewhere and the surgery staff didn't help at all. So glad I don't have to use this place anymore because I've moved elsewhere.
My other half and I have only just registered here, which was painless and easy. There is not much parking (and generally reserved for the infirm) but there is a leisure centre directly opposite which has free parking - so not too much of an issue. Expect updates if, and when, we need to visit the Practise for real!
