I normally use this garage on a regular basis as I drive past it everyday and normally the staff are really friendly, helpful and pleasant - but, it has gone seriously down hill. I recently filled up the car and needed a battery for my smart key so asked the cashier if they had the one I needed. He was on the phone so couldn't answer my question, just giving me a battery. I asked if this was the one and he just shrugged his shoulders. The only words he muttered to me was 'It doesn't matter' after I said it is quite rude taking a personal call when service a customer who is trying to talk to you. I wont be returning.
