I had an issue with my Electrics in my Kitchen when it tripped the other night. I rang Eden Electrics and the gentlemen on the phone did try to explain to me over the phone what to do but I didn't understand. He turned up very smart and listened to what I told him and walked me through what to do in the future with my fuse board and RCB switch using process of elimination he called it. The cause of it tripping was my kettle if only I knew what he knew in the beginning. He even went to the local shop and bought me a brand new kettle. Thank you Scott for teaching me something new and for being so professional. 100% recommend him.
